The brands in the Accor portfolio include Sofitel, Tribe, Ibis, Rixos, 21c, Pullman, Swissôtel, Raffles, Mondrian, Mövenpick, Orient Express, Angsana, Hipark by Adagio, FAENA, Banyan Tree, Hyde, Novotel, Fairmont, and SLS. Most of these properties participate in the STEP program, but we will confirm when you contact us.

Yes, you will earn points. Your booking is directly with Accor, and your ALL number will be attached to your reservation. 

The STEP rate is the same as the best available rate.

No, it is only available through travel agencies selected to participate in this elite program.
